Register Now for the Community Nursing Services-Home Health and Hospice is sponsoring a 5K Fun Run/Walk in support of the Alzheimer's & Dementia Society.
$20 Fee before Sept. 7th. $25 Fee After Sept 7th.
Registration includes race shirt, SWAG and post race refreshments. Registration starts at 6:15 am at Hurricane City Park - 200 North Main at the starting line. Great prizes and drawings.
